1/4 Cup Cacao Butter
3 TB Shea Butter
2 TB Coconut Oil
1 TB Beeswax
6 TB Almond, Jojoba, or Argan Oil
1/3 Cup Rosewater
1/3 Cut Aloe Vera Gel
1/2 ts Vitamin E oil
1 ts Vanilla Extract or 10 or so drops of Essential Oils of your choice
Using a double boiler, melt the cacao butter, shea butter, coconut oil, and beeswax together and mix.
Mix the rosewater and aloe vera in a separate bowl.
Once the oils are melted, allow them to cool slightly. Mix in the Almond/Jojoba/or Argan oil.
Next, use an immersion blender and slowly mix by adding a slow and steady stream of the rosewater and aloe vera to the melted mixture. Blend for a few minutes until you get a thick and fluffy cream.
Next, add the vanilla or essential oil, and the vitamin E, and blend again.
Pour your cream into clean jars/containers. Put the lid on them and place in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
Any extra cream can be kept and stored in the refrigerator for several months, and up to a year.
