Chocolate Frosting or Fudge

1 Ripe Avocado, mashed

1 Cup Cacao or Coco Powder

1 Cup Maple Syrup or 3/4 Cup Honey

1/2 Cup Melted Coconut Oil

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla, Almond, or Peppermint Extract

1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

This recipe will frost about 12 cupcakes.

To make fudge, put mixture into a lightly oiled dish and place in the fridge or freezer. I use a 7″x 5″ Pyrex dish with a lid.

I like to add toppings when I make fudge, such as coconut flakes. Fresh berries are nice too!
