Caesar Dressing

Caesar Dressing

This is a delicious and healthy version of Caesar dressing. No dairy, sugar, or gluten, but full of lots of great flavor.
Course Salad
Servings 2 Servings


  • Food processor or blender


  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Whole Lemons, juiced
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 TB Almond Butter
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 TB Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TB Tahini
  • 1/4 ts Salt


  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Add a bit more water to thin dressing if it's too thick.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers.
