
Caesar Dressing
This is a delicious and healthy version of Caesar dressing. No dairy, sugar, or gluten, but full of lots of great flavor.
Equipment
- Food processor or blender
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Whole Lemons, juiced
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 2 TB Almond Butter
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 TB Dijon Mustard
- 1 TB Tahini
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Add a bit more water to thin dressing if it's too thick.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
